    • Represented unit owners and community association in litigating claims in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings in main and adversary proceedings including objections to confirmation, objections to discharge or dischargeability, objections to confirmation, relief from stay, approval of settlements, extensions of the automatic stay and for dismissals based on bad faith filings
    • Represented creditors in filing proof of claims and settling claims
    • Represented debtors in filing Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies
    • Represented military veterans through Broward Legal Aid Veterans Pro Bono Project to obtain discharges in Chapter 7 and 13 proceedings

    • Represented consumers in claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act obtaining summary judgment against large mortgage servicer and affirming judgment on appeal for willful violation of the FCRA
    • Represented consumers in claims brought under the Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act
    • Defended homeowners in mortgage and condominium foreclosure litigation

    • Defended guardians and beneficiaries in litigation of breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfer and self-dealing claims for multi-million dollar estate
