Mediator and Arbitrator Services

Both Eric Glazer and Richard Sachs have been certified by the Florida Supreme Court to handle all county and circuit court civil litigation cases throughout Florida.

ERIC GLAZER

Mr. Glazer was certified by the Florida Supreme Count as a mediator in 2007. Mr. Glazer applies his 25 years of focused condominium and homeowners association legal experience helping to resolve disputes arising out of community associations. He has been involved in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations involving disputes among boards of directors and unit owners among themselves and involving third parties such as vendors, developers, construction professionals, and others. RICHARD SACHS

Mr. Sachs became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in 2002. That same year he was Qualified by the Florida Supreme Court as an arbitrator. He has been mediating and arbitrating cases as part of his active litigation practice since that time. In 2008, he was appointed to the list of certified mediators for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Of the almost 6,000 Florida Supreme Court certified mediators, less than 90 have received the honor of being appointed by the Chief Judge to the active distinguished Southern District Panel. Mr. Sachs is also one of the first one hundred mediators to be certified by the Florida Supreme Court to mediate appellate court cases.
